Curved Jaw Couplings – Elements
TransDrive Curved Jaw Couplings Elements are engineered for reliable and adaptable performance in a wide range of industrial applications. These flexible elements sit between the coupling hubs, transmitting torque while cushioning shock loads and dampening vibrations to protect connected equipment. Manufactured from high-quality polyurethane (PUR), they offer excellent wear resistance, durability, and long service life even under demanding operating conditions.
Available in multiple shore hardness options, TransDrive elements can be matched to suit specific torque, speed, and misalignment requirements, providing tailored performance for everything from light-duty drives to high-torque, high-speed machinery. Their modular design also allows for quick and cost-effective replacement, minimising downtime and simplifying maintenance.
Element Type
Yellow 92A Shore (92SHA)
The Yellow 92A SHA has good damping and average elasticity, making it suitable for all hub materials.

Red 98A Shore (98SHA)
The Red 98A Shore transmits high torques with average damping and is recommended for hub materials such as steel, GJL, and GJS.

Green 64D Shore (64DSHD)
The Green 64D Shore transmits very high torques with low damping, is suitable to shift critical speeds, and is resistant to hydrolysis, with recommended hub materials being steel and GJS.
